1. Instructions for payment
When completing the booking form you will have the option to choose the method of guaranteeing your arrival. And that:
Payment by bank transfer
We will send you a confirmation email with all payment instructions. The payment should be made in amount of the first night of booked accommodation (account number 4200109295/6800 Sberbank). To the message for recipients put your name. In the variable symbol put the number of your reservation).
Credit card guarantee
Before completing the reservation you will enter informations about your credit card. Necessary data include: card holder name, credit card number, expiration date, CVC / CVV code and cardholder address. From your credit card we will not charge any amount, the card serves only to guarantee your arrival. Since now your reservation will be considered binding and the credit card will be used only in the case that we are authorized to charge a penalty fee. Hotel is entitled to pre-authorize your credit card.
What is pre-authorization of credit card?
Preauthorization of credit cart is blocking deposit amount on the customer’s bank account. It is carried out by using the payment terminal and customer’s credit card. This operation provides a secure cashless transaction and is free of any bank charges. Preauthorization while not finished will be automatically canceled. Completed will be only if we are authorized to charge a cancellation fee, or if to finish the pre-authorization is the easiest way of payment for the client and expressly agrees with it.
Why is guarantee of arrival necessary ?
The guaranteeing will make your reservation binding. If you provide a guarantee of your arrival, in return, we are compelled to keep the booked rooms for you until your arrival.

The prices listed on the website of hotel or in the prospectus may vary from the booking price of your reservation. Prices varies according to season, the main summer season, days of the week or according to the cultural life in the neighborhood.
2. Cancellation of stay by the client
The client is entitled to cancel the stay in any time until his arrival. If the reservation is made directly through the reservation system of pension Kněžínek, the cancellation should be made via email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Decisive for the cancellation is the date and time of sending the cancellation email.
More than 14 days before expected arrival: 0% of the total amount
7- 13 days before expected arrival: 50% of the amount of the first night
6 or less days before expected arrival: 100% of the amount of the first night
In the event that the client does not occupy the room on the arrival date, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of accommodation and the booking is cancelled
Larger groups may ask to arrange individual cancellation policies.
Accommodation provider will not charge the cancellation fee if you could not arrive for the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of client or a family member, serious illness, military call up, disaster. For the above-mentioned facts is the customer required to provide proof within 3 days of the event.
These terms and cancellation policy are an integral part of booking confirmation (voucher). These conditions come into effect January 1, 2015.
4. Other Conditions
Check-in: from 14:00 till 18:00
Check-out: till 10:00
If the client expect later arrivel, he should inform the reception desk.
In the case of health or other serious reasons, after agreement the date may be changed.
