What is the uniqueness of Small Brewery Kněžínek?

Beer from a small brewery is different from the beer from big brewery in two fundamental differences:

Malt making and beer brewing he has been devoted already for 35 years. He started his career in Plzeň as apprentice, where at this time still was so called “wooden beer brewing operation” with wood vats in fermenting cellars and wooden lager barrels in lager cellars. After high school he worked in many large breweries in Czech republic and during his life he worked in large number of different types of beer brewing undertakings.
